The processing flow for the directory program is as follows:

Directory entries are listed in sort number order.
Following the sort number order, every time a directory entry type is different than the previous (first one will always be different), then a new header row is generated.

Suggestions:

Always group like directory entry types together in the sort order.
Always delete unused entries. Leaving unused entries causes problems like directory entry type being blank and causing it to be different than the previous.
If you are going to have blank entries, do not leave directory entry type blank and always use a 'period' in a blank fields so the HTML table will complete the border for that field.

Sort Order Number:

Changing a sort order number will cause all to be renumbered. For example, if you have 1,2,4,5 & 8, then changing 5 to 2 will cause a renumber like: 1 stays at 1, 2 becomes 3, 5 becomes 2, 4 stays at 4 and 8 becomes 5
Deleting an entry does not change sort numbers and does not cause a renumber.
